This recently renovated farmhouse is located in the charming Vienne countryside within the Poitou Charente department. Known for its unique micro-climate, this area is the second sunniest in France. The gite offers three rooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds, all of which have their own private bathrooms. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.The cozy lounge area is furnished with comfortable settees and chairs, as well as an English/French flatscreen TV for your entertainment. Free WiFi is also available for guests. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and ample crockery and cutlery.
Outside, the picturesque garden is furnished with a table and chairs, a barbecue, and garden loungers for you to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Directions
From the north: Start by taking the D741 road from Poitiers heading towards Confolens. Once you reach the junction labeled "Le Vigeant/LIsle Jourdain" (the D10), make a left turn and then take the first left again, which is marked "La Brunetiere, Viviers, St Martin LArs". Continue on this road for a little less than 1km until you reach the hamlet of Viviers. Take the first right and our house will be the third one on the right-hand side.
From the south: If you're coming from Confolens, follow the D948 road towards Pressac. Just before leaving Pressac, you'll see a road on the right marked D741 (Poitiers). Take this road and keep following it until you reach the junction with the D10, which is signposted as "Le Vigeant/LIsle Jourdain".
