This charming gite boasts 65 m² of living space with an additional 9 m² loggia on the ground floor, providing a spacious and comfortable environment for your stay. With its orientation on three sides (east, north, and west), you can enjoy plenty of natural light and breathtaking views. The floor heating ensures a cozy atmosphere throughout the property.

You will have your own private entrance on the ground floor, as well as convenient private parking. The living room features a dining area and a comfortable seating area, complete with a color TV, DVD player, radio/CD player, and beautiful pine furniture. Curl up on the two-seater sofa or the two armchairs by the wood-burning fireplace for a relaxing evening.

The fully fitted kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, electric hob, electric oven, toaster, and all the necessary dishes for your convenience. The gite offers two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed (140 cm) and one with three single beds (90 cm each). Both rooms are equipped with cozy comforters and blankets.

The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, and WC for your comfort and convenience. Step out onto the 6 m² loggia and enjoy the stunning views of the lake and Embrun.

The outdoor area is well-equipped with games for children, garden furniture, an individual barbecue, and ball games. Whether you want to relax and enjoy the scenery or have some fun outdoor activities, this gite provides the perfect setting for a memorable stay.
