Located on the ground floor, the cottage is completely independent and spans across 60 m².The rental features a cozy living room-kitchen area, a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, another bedroom with two single beds, a separate toilet, and a bathroom. Additionally, guests can enjoy a lovely terrace and a spacious garden measuring 1500 m².
The cottage is equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Guests can entertain themselves with a TV, DVD player, and free wifi. There is also a radio with CD and USB capabilities. The kitchen is furnished with cutlery, cooking utensils, a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, and a fridge freezer. For added convenience, there is a kettle, washing machine, dryer, and electric heating. The outdoor space is furnished with comfortable garden furniture, and guests can also enjoy a swing and private parking.
Located in Benodet, the largest classified resort in Finistère with a 5-star rating, the area is known for its stunning beach, picturesque coastline, the river Odet, and its proximity to the Glénan Islands. Directions
To reach your destination, follow these revised travel directions: Take the RN165 and take the exit for Coat Conq. Continue towards Benodet. Pass through Fouesnant and keep going until you reach the town's exit, near the gendarmerie. From there, continue towards Benodet for approximately 4.2 km. Look out for a sign that says "Antiquités Brocante" and turn right onto Kermine road. The cottage will be located 1.2 km ahead on the left side.
