Our delightful establishment is situated in the quaint village of Courceroy, nestled alongside the scenic southern edge of the Seine River. This small, authentic French village is built around a magnificent 12th-century church, exuding a true sense of history and heritage. Guests can indulge in fishing and bathing in the nearby spring, immersing themselves in the tranquil surroundings. Our cozy bedrooms are conveniently separate from the main house, offering privacy and comfort. The living room, adorned with a comforting woodburning stove, provides access to a small yet convenient bathroom. As you ascend to the second floor, you will discover our largest bedroom, boasting a charming rural setting. The second bedroom is located on the third floor, promising a unique and memorable stay.

By car, Nogent sur Seine is only a 5-minute drive away, while Provins is a 15-minute drive and Bray sur Seine is a 10-minute drive from our location. If you're heading towards Yonne and Bourgogne, it will take you approximately 10 minutes after Trainel. Sens can be reached within half an hour, and Troyes is a 45-minute drive away. Apart from providing comfortable accommodations, we also offer dinner services to our guests. Our staff is fluent in French, English, and Russian languages.
