Situated in the heart of the Lot Valley, the Clôt de Roques domain is a charming retreat located in the South-West. Surrounded by the picturesque Bastide of Villeneuve-sur-Lot and the delightful village of Casseneuil, this idyllic property is situated on the peninsula of the three rivers: Sône, Lède, and Lot.This 8-hectare estate, encompassed by lush fields and orchards, offers a restored farmhouse where horses and ponies graze peacefully. Tucked away behind the farmhouse are four cozy and inviting cottages, each with its own unique capacity and private setting. Guests of these cottages have exclusive access to the enclosed aquatic area, which features two swimming pools. One pool is heated for guests' comfort, while the other offers a balneo space for relaxation.
The cottages range in size from 40 to 75 square meters, providing ample space for a comfortable stay. Guests can also enjoy the enclosed swimming pool, measuring 11 meters by 5 meters and heated according to weather conditions. Additionally, there is a balneo swimming pool measuring 3 meters by 6 meters, with a depth of 1 meter, open for use from April to September.
Surrounded by the shade of towering trees, the domain offers various recreational facilities, including swings, a ping-pong table, a bowling alley, a volleyball and badminton court, as well as a soccer field.
