We have two air-conditioned studios available, each approximately 26m2 and suitable for 2 people. They are located on the first floor with a terrace and offer a very comfortable stay. The studios feature a spacious room with French windows that overlook the terrace and pool. The bed size is 1.40 x 1.90. Additionally, there is a dining area with a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge freezer, and hob. The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin with a vanity unit, and a toilet.For stays between 13 July and 23 August, as well as in December, the weekly rate is 590€. In April, May, June, and September, the weekly rate is 490€, and from October to March, it is 460€. Overnight stays are available for 68€ to 120€ (minimum 3 nights, except in July and August when only weekly stays are allowed). All charges are included in the price.
We also offer a T2 flat on the ground floor with a garden, covering approximately 40m2. It can accommodate up to 3 people. The flat includes a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed (1.40m x 1.90m), a bedroom with a bed size of 1.40m x 1.90m, and a separate shower room and toilet, both with windows. The flat is equipped with all modern conveniences.
The weekly rates for this flat are as follows: 390€ from October to April, 595€ in May, June, and until 12 July, 695€ from 13 July to 23 August, and 695€ from 24 August to 30 August. In September, the weekly rate is 595€. Outside the flat, there is a table and chairs on the ground floor.
Additional amenities include WIFI, parking, and access to the swimming pool from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 7pm. Linen is available for an additional cost of 20€ per week for sheets and pillowcases, and 8€ for towels.
For long-term rentals, we offer special pricing for extended stays, and lower rates for multiple weeks (minimum 3 weeks). A deposit of 30% is required, with a deposit amount of 170€ and a cleaning fee of 35€. City taxes of 0.83€ per day per person are also applicable.

A quelques pas de la mer, vous tomberez sous le charme de cette ravissante villa tenue impeccablement par ses propriétaires. L accueil et le confort méritent d être notés. Très agréable séjour.
magnifiques chambres d'hôtes
Villa au calme et tout proche de la mer. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes, les délicieux petits déjeuners (avec confitures maison !), le confort de la chambre, l'équipement de la cuisine (tout a été prévu pour le confort des vacanciers !), et le grand balcon sur lequel nous avons pu prendre nos repas.

Exit Highway BANDOL: If you are coming from Bandol Sanary-sur Mer and heading towards Six-Fours, continue along the sea. At the last roundabout, continue straight towards Coudouliere, the Park of the Mediterranean, or the Brusc.
As you reach Mount Corniche Solviou, you will see the sea on your right and a large wall on your left. On the top left, there is a row of palm trees. Look for the sign "Residence of Cap d'Or" on the wall of a small building. Turn left at this point and continue on the road until the end. Please be cautious of speed bumps along the way.
When you see the fourth and final speed bump, you will notice a sign that says "Astérie private property" on your left. Look for a half-open gate (house N°12) and a bell located on the left pillar to inform us of your arrival.
After you have settled your bags in the room, you can park your car around the villa. If you have a GPS, enter "Astérie" as the destination.
