Additionally, there is a convenient laundry area with a washing machine and ironing facilities. The cozy lounge area features a comfortable sofa bed for two, along with a TV room that includes a sink and a double bed, as well as a baby bed.
For extra sleeping arrangements, there are two mezzanine areas. The first mezzanine offers a single sofa bed, while the second mezzanine boasts a double bed. With a total of three sleeping areas, this house comfortably accommodates a variety of group sizes.
The highlight of the property is the spacious 30m² terrace, complete with a barbecue and stylish garden furniture, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals and relaxation. For those who enjoy cycling, there is a convenient bicycle storage area as well.
