Conveniently located just 350m from the beach and 100m from local shops. Only 3km away from the vibrant town of Royan, with its casino and thalasso.On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room and dining area complete with a fireplace, color TV, Hi-Fi system, DVD player, and a fixed telephone (reservation required). The fully equipped American kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, oven, and microwave. There is also a bedroom with a comfortable 160cm bed, a separate toilet with a washbasin, a bathroom with a washbasin and bathtub, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs, there is a charming attic mezzanine serving as a relaxation corner with a sofa, organ, reading materials, and a baby chair. Additionally, there is a second bedroom with a 140cm bed, a half-attic bedroom with a 140cm bed, a separate toilet, and independent bathroom facilities. The house is equipped with electric heating and an insert fireplace.
The enclosed garden, surrounded by hedges, ensures privacy and minimal disturbance from neighbors. Outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and two bicycles (male and female) with a child seat are also provided.
