COVID-19: Your well-being and comfort are our top priorities, which is why we prioritize cleanliness in our lodging. We ensure that all surfaces and linens are carefully cleaned and disinfected between each rental.

Our lodging, "Le Sablon," is classified as a "Gîtes de France" 3-ear accommodation and welcomes guests all year round. With a capacity of 2 people (plus 1 baby), it offers a charming blend of old-world features such as exposed beams, stone walls, real wooden parquet, and a unique layout, while also providing the comfort of recent renovations (completed in early 2019) with new furniture and high-quality amenities.

To ensure a peaceful start to your stay, we provide basic ingredients such as soap, tea, coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, sponges, etc. Additionally, the beds are made for you upon arrival.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction hob, extractor, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, kettle, NESCAFE Dolce Gusto coffee machine, coffee machine, toaster, and raclette machine. We also provide various kitchen utensils.

The living room features a television and there are board games and wooden games available for children.

The shower room includes a double vanity unit, towel dryer, hair dryer, and washing machine. There is also a separate toilet.

We provide an iron and ironing board, as well as fans for your convenience.

The "cozy" bedroom is furnished with new "Queen size" bedding and mattress toppers for added comfort. The entire bedding is anti-dust mite and we use quality linen from "Tradition des Vosges."

Complimentary WiFi is available throughout the lodging.

We offer towel rentals (towels & bathrobe) at a rate of 5 euros per person. Additionally, a baby kit is available for rent at a rate of 5 euros per stay, which includes an umbrella bed with a sheet, changing mat, bath, and high chair.

On the property, you have access to a courtyard with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a parasol. There is also a covered terrace with a gas plancha. This space serves as a "village square," a place for meetings and exchanges, and is reserved for your private use.

During winter, a covered sports area is available, equipped with a bike, elliptical, weights, and more. In summer, we provide "small equipment" for outdoor activities at the reception, and there are numerous walking paths starting from the lodging.

For relaxation enthusiasts, we offer an indoor relaxation area with a spa, providing balneotherapy, aromatherapy, and light therapy. The spa sessions are available from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at a rate of 20 euros per session, including a private area and bath towels. In the evening, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, a session is priced at 50 euros and includes a private area with a bottle of champagne cuvée "Grande Réserve" or "Blanc de Blancs," candles, and bath towels.

As a new addition to our spa offer, we have partnered with a qualified and experienced physiotherapist masseuse who can provide personalized treatments (massages, lymphatic drainage, reflexology) in the comfort of the gîte. Prices for these treatments can be found on-site.

In collaboration with a local Champagne house, we can organize a "Discovery of Champagne" tour for you, which includes a visit to a vineyard plot, the wine cooperative, and a tasting of 3 vintages in a reception cellar. The duration of the tour is approximately 2.5 hours, and the cost is 25 euros per person. The various Champagne Chalmet cuvées are available for purchase in the fridge at the gîte (prices available on-site).

Please note that the gîte is attached to the owners' house, but it is completely independent and autonomous.
