Our house is situated in the heart of the village, in a peaceful residential area that is conveniently close to all shops and amenities. It offers easy access to expressways, making it an ideal location for exploring the historical and tourist sites of Normandy.Located just 7 km from downtown Caen and 6 km from the exhibition center, our independent ground floor apartment has been recently renovated. It used to be the village pharmacy and offers complete privacy from the owners.
The apartment is fully equipped to accommodate 2 to 4 people, with a separate kitchen that includes all necessary utensils, a dining room, and a flat screen TV with TNT channels. Additional amenities include a DVD player, radio, CD mini-chain, washing machine, library, board games, WiFi internet with excellent quality, and electric adapters for all countries.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (160x200) and ample storage space, while the living room includes a sofa bed (140x200) that can accommodate two more guests. The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower, sink, and storage, with a separate toilet.
Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture, deck chairs, and a charcoal barbecue, as well as secure closed parking. All necessary shops are within a two-minute walk, and supermarkets are located 2 to 3 km away. The sea can be reached in just 18 km via the nearby expressway.
Within a radius of 50 km, there are numerous tourist sites to explore, including the landing beaches, Arromanches, Bayeux, Omaha-Beach, Caen, Ouistreham, Courseulles, Cabourg, Deauville, Honfleur, Mont Saint-Michel, Étretat, Pays d'Auge, Suisse Normande, Sainte-Mère-Eglise, Cotentin, and The Hague. There are also plenty of opportunities for swimming, water sports, bungee jumping, amusement parks, hiking in the forest, bowling, and cultural activities such as museums and exhibitions.
The minimum rental period is 3 nights, except during school holidays, and mid-week stays are possible. The rental period is not limited to Saturday to Saturday, except during school holidays. Discounts are available for stays of two consecutive weeks.
Long-term stays are also possible during the low season. Additionally, we offer the option to rent linen for both the bathroom and the house, with rates available upon request based on the number of people.
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.

Our gite was once the village pharmacy until the late 1980s, and now it serves as a charming accommodation option for up to four people. The villa features a compact kitchen, a cozy living room with a dining area and a comfortable sofa bed measuring 135x200, as well as amenities such as a wardrobe, TV, DVD player, mini-stereo, wireless Internet access, and a selection of games and books. The bedroom offers a spacious 160x200 bed and a wardrobe, while the bathroom is equipped with a large shower, a sink, and storage cabinets. Separate toilet facilities are also provided.
