It is conveniently located near the city center, only 1400 meters away from the town hall and pedestrian shopping streets. Additionally, it is just 1000 meters from the Leclerc shopping center and Grand Large.The studio is well-equipped and includes a kitchenette with a table, folding table, cupboards, electric cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, electric toaster, mixer, balance household vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, drying rack, and all necessary kitchenware. There is also a comfortable seating area with a sofa bed that sleeps two (140), two stools, a lounge table, and TNT television.
For those who require internet access, there is an option to connect via "wifi access visitors function - Service hotspot network orange (Cf orange portal to know "how it works" or http://www.orange-wifi.com/ and http://assistance.orange.fr/le-wifi-d-orange-2671.php).
The studio also features a dining area with a table and six chairs, cupboards, a bar area with a shelf and bar, and a bedroom with a 140 bed (beds made on arrival), night table with an electric alarm clock and bedside lamp, as well as a wardrobe. The bathroom includes a shower and sink, and there is a toilet located within the bathroom.
Pets are welcome in the studio at no additional cost.
