This recently decorated house offers a bright and airy living space on the ground floor. The open plan living area features double opening French windows that lead out to a patio area and a spacious enclosed garden. The living area is well furnished with an extendable dining table and chairs, a 3-seater sofa, a comfortable armchair, and a wicker chair. It also includes amenities such as a CD Radio Cassette player, a television with French and English channels, a Video DVD player, and a selection of DVDs. The tiled floor is complemented by throw rugs.

The well-equipped kitchen is fitted with a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a chest freezer in the garage. It also features a breakfast table with stools and is conveniently located to the left of the entrance hall, opposite the double glazed doors to the living room. A large window overlooks the parking area and garden at the front, and the floor is tiled.

The bathroom includes a modern shower with a glazed door and a wash basin. There is also a separate toilet.

Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and bedside tables. Bedroom 2 features two single beds, a wardrobe, and a bedside table. Both bedrooms are carpeted. A cot and bed linen are available upon request.

The sandy beach at Hauteville-sur-Mer is just a few minutes' drive from the house. In addition to the beach, there is a sailing school and a Sunday market during July and August, as well as a smaller market on Sundays throughout the rest of the year. Other nearby attractions include horseriding, a beach, a golf course, and a casino at Agon-Coutainville.
