Offering complete independence, it is conveniently located near the sea, with beaches and opportunities for fishing on foot, as well as access to stunning coastal trails. This tranquil retreat provides ample space and breathtaking views of the sea from its rooms and the expansive 6000m² park.The ground floor features a dining room, living room, storeroom, and water-closets. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds (120*190), along with two bathrooms and water-closets. The house boasts central fuel-oil heating for comfort.
Equipped with modern amenities, including a dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, television, hifi stereo, telephone, and library, this house ensures a convenient and enjoyable stay. Baby equipment is available upon request, and bed sheets can be rented.
Outside, guests can relax in the teak wood garden lounge, make use of the barbecue, and children can enjoy the porch. Convenient parking is also provided.
