This charming little studio is perfectly situated in the heart of the historic center of Aix en Provence, in a pedestrian area. Located on the quiet 2nd floor overlooking a courtyard with a skylight, it features an entrance leading to a living room with a kitchen area equipped with a fridge, microwave, and two ceramic hobs. The bathroom includes a toilet, sink, and shower. The double bed is located on a mezzanine that can be accessed by a ladder. The studio has beautiful floor tiles. The building is situated on a picturesque square (André Antonini), between Place Albertas, Place des 3 Ormeaux, and Place des Prêcheurs, and is very close to the Town Hall. Everything you need is within walking distance, including numerous restaurants, shops, bars, markets, and museums. The Monopouvert is only 30 meters away and is open until midnight. The price per night includes all charges such as electricity, Wi-Fi, and tourist tax: from Monday to Thursday, it is 39 euros, and from Friday to Sunday, it is 49 euros. Cleaning fees are 15 euros. A minimum stay of 2 nights is required, with a weekly rate of 290 euros and a monthly rate of 650 euros. For stays of 2 or 3 months, the rate is 590 euros per month.Reviews
