This charming gite is perfect for a group of 4 to 5 people. The ground floor offers a cozy sitting room with a dining area, along with a fully equipped kitchen complete with a sofa armchair, dining table and chairs. The kitchen includes a fridge, gas hob, oven, and microwave for your convenience.Moving upstairs, you will find a lovely double bedroom, a well-appointed shower room, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, there is an attic bedroom with three comfortable single beds, providing ample sleeping space for everyone.
Outside, a fenced courtyard awaits you, featuring a table and chairs for alfresco dining, as well as a barbecue for those enjoyable summer cookouts. Additionally, there is a barn on the property that houses a washing machine and an extra fridge for your convenience. A designated car parking area is also available for your use.
For a refreshing swim, a magnificent 10-meter by 5-meter swimming pool awaits you just beyond the owner's garden wall. Access to the pool is granted through a convenient gate.

Directions
To reach Mansle, follow the N10 road situated between Ruffec and Angouleme. If you are approaching from the north (Ruffec), make a right turn at La Gagnarderie. On the other hand, if you are arriving from the south, drive through Mansle and take a left turn after crossing the bridge onto Fontenille road. After traveling for approximately 1 km, you will reach Goué. Take the first left onto a narrow lane and then make the first right into the courtyard area.
