Just a 5-minute drive from the beach, downtown, and Cap d'Agde, this 100 m2 cottage offers a delightful stay. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living and dining area with a flat-screen TV and DVD player, as well as WiFi for your entertainment. The living area opens up to a fenced terrace of 40 m2 with a beautiful garden. The cottage also features a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and coffee maker. Additionally, a convenient toilet is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll discover three cozy bedrooms, including one with a king-size bed (160) and two with queen-size beds (140), along with a bathroom complete with a refreshing shower.
