Description:

Description for B&B:

Ghislaine and Eric extend a warm welcome to their charming B&B, a historic presbytery from 1764. The beautiful stone building, complete with a traditional dovecote, will captivate you as you approach, framed by a stunning alley of cedar trees. Recently renovated by Eric, this exceptional presbytery preserves the charm of authentic Gascony by respecting the use of old materials. Your spacious and bright room is thoughtfully furnished for a peaceful night's sleep, striking a perfect balance between the past and the present. The cozy cocoon features a large 160/200 cm bed.

The SUITE bedroom boasts a 160/200 cm bed for two guests, two 90/200 cm beds for the third and fourth guests, and a sofa bed for a possible fifth or sixth guest, all within the same suite. Each room includes a private bathroom with a basin, shower, and WC. A folding cot and high chair are available upon request.

Our sheets and towels are changed at least twice a week. Start your day on our sunny terrace, where you can indulge in a breakfast made with love and care, featuring locally sourced products. The guest house is nestled in a picturesque setting, surrounded by a four-hectare wooded park that offers breathtaking views of the rolling Gers hills. The inviting swimming pool, drenched in sunlight, provides a tranquil spot for relaxation and sunbathing after a refreshing swim.

"Arpentian" is only accompanied by the presence of deer and squirrels frolicking in the fields of sunflowers, wheat, and rapeseed. We have preserved the authenticity of this place, with its ancient boxwood and majestic cedar tree, which is over 250 years old and offers a shady spot for relaxation. Additionally, we have a TV library lounge area for your leisure. Information brochures are also available, showcasing a multitude of entertaining activities in the region, such as horse riding, fishing, golfing, hiking, canoeing, water parks, lakes, boat trips, wineries, castles, markets, and restaurants, among others.
