Rent an upscale cottage in the historic center of Colmar, known as the Dock of the Fish. This charming apartment is 40m² with 1 bedroom measuring 23m², suitable for 2-4 people. The house itself dates back to the 16th century and features exposed beams and large windows. The apartment is full of character and was renovated in April 2012. It also includes parking.The location is ideal, being only 100 meters away from the Koifhus Christmas market, 10 meters from Little Venice, and 10 meters from the Market Hall. The train station is a 20-minute walk away, and the first ski resorts can be reached in 45 minutes. The renowned Golf Ammerschwihr is only 20 minutes away as well.
The accommodation is a bright and calm apartment, consisting of a bedroom, a bathroom, a hallway with storage, and a kitchen that combines modern and traditional Alsatian styles. There is a beautiful view of the Covered Market and Little Venice. Gas heating is provided.
The apartment is equipped with two beds measuring 90x190, treated to be anti-mite. High-quality sheets, woven by a master weaver from Alsace, are provided. The bathroom includes a bath-shower and a sink, along with a hairdryer. The kitchen features branded appliances, a fridge, an induction cooker, a hood, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, and coordinated crockery. Additional amenities include an iron, a vacuum cleaner, a smoke detector, a coffee table, a dining table for four people, a TV, and a mini sound system with a USB socket for playing music from an iPod.
The decoration of the apartment is very neat, and linen, coffee, and cleaning products are provided. A foldable baby bed is also available, and a smoke detector is installed for safety.
The rental prices vary depending on the time of year. During the Christmas markets from November 23rd to December 31st and in July and August, the weekly rate is 490 euros, including expenses and sheets, as well as parking. In the months of January, February, October, November (until the beginning of the Christmas markets), the weekly rate is 350 euros, including charges, sheets, and parking. A two-night weekend stay during these months is available for 170 euros. In the months of March, April, May, June, and September, the weekly rate is 420 euros, including sheets and parking. A two-night weekend stay is available for 190 euros. It is also possible to rent the apartment for a single night for 70 euros, except in June, July, August, September, and December. The price of parking is included in all rates.
Additionally, the host, Anne, offers a second cottage measuring 95m² with 3 bedrooms, located just 50 meters away from this cottage. It is possible to stay in both lodgings, accommodating a total of 10 people.
