Located on the Lannion-Guingamp axis, just 30 km away from Perros-Guirec, this spacious and comfortable cottage is the perfect getaway for a group of up to 12 people. With 5 rooms, a mezzanine with a sofa bed, and adapted beds for young children up to 5 years old, this cottage offers ample space for everyone.Attached to a renovated convent, the cottage is completely independent and situated in the quiet village center, close to shops. The property boasts a large garden of 2500 m2, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
Equipped with modern appliances and offering all necessary amenities, this cottage is a great choice for a comfortable stay. It has been awarded a 3-star rating by the Prefecture.
The location is ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with Lannion, Guingamp, and the beautiful beaches of Perros-Guirec just a short drive away. Bégard, with its water park, and the charming small town of character are also within easy reach.
The weekly prices in euros are as follows:
- July/August: 990
- May/June/September: 790
- Rest of the year: 690
Please note that the official capacity of the house is 10 people, but can accommodate up to 12 people using the sofa bed. For groups larger than 12, there is a possibility of 3 additional beds on mattresses available for free. Guests using these mattresses are required to bring their own sheets or sleeping bags and towels. The maximum capacity of the house cannot exceed 15 people.
For groups of 12 to 15 people, there is an additional charge of 8 euros per person per day, in addition to the weekly price. A reservation deposit of 30% of the stay is required.
A local tax of 0.50 euros per person per day (for guests aged 13 and above) applies from September 1st to September 30th.
Prices include bed linen and bathroom linen.
Outside of school holidays, the host is happy to welcome guests for weekend or short stays. The price for a 2-night weekend stay is 410 euros (based on 12 people), with an additional night costing 175 euros.

To get to Pédernec from Guingamp, head towards Lannion for approximately 12 km. The cottage is conveniently situated in the town center of Pédernec.
