This fully equipped air conditioned studio is located in the private and secure residence of "Village Viva" in Bas-du-Fort. It offers a charming and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a dream holiday. The residence features a large 10m pool where you can relax and unwind.The studio is conveniently located near all amenities, including beaches and the shopping center "CORA" which offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and a bar dancing. Golf sports facilities are also nearby.
The studio is situated on the 1st floor, providing beautiful views of the pool and the sea. It faces the parking lot and is opposite the Marina Pointe-à-Pitre, separated by an inlet. In the evening, you can enjoy the captivating play of colored lights and indulge in a delicious fish broth at the various restaurants or at our very own restaurant, "La Route du Rhum".
Bas-du-Fort, also known as BDF, is located near Pointe-à-Pitre and gets its name from the impressive Fort Fleur d'Épée which overlooks the area. It is highly regarded for its panoramic views. BDF is a popular tourist center with several hotels stretching along the peninsula, as well as a vibrant mix of restaurants, bars, and clubs.
