Located on the grounds of Gefosse castle, lHERMEREL proudly stands surrounded by lush pastures. This enchanting place is a delight to explore, with its exquisite gothic chapel dating back to the 15th century and the circular dovecote, a symbol of bygone privilege, boasting hundreds of pigeon niches. L'Hermerel is not only a genuine fortified working dairy farm, but also a place where our guests' children can happily interact with cows and calves.

Breakfast is served in our dining room, a nostalgic space reminiscent of days long gone. It features a grand walk-in stone fireplace, a copper kettle hanging from the ceiling, and rustic farm furniture. Indulge in the delectable flavors of French "baguette" accompanied by a wide selection of various breads, homemade cake, refreshing fruit juice, homemade jams, the renowned butter of Isigny, cereals, cheese, and your preferred beverage.
