This recently renovated 18th-century cottage, surrounded by lush gardens and fields, offers two stylish apartments accommodating 3 and 4 persons respectively, or the entire cottage for a group of 7.

The manor's central location allows for easy exploration of numerous captivating attractions, such as the renowned "La cité de la mer" in Cherbourg, the enchanting Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernesey, as well as the iconic D-Day beaches and their awe-inspiring monuments, including Utah Beach, Omaha Beach, and Sainte Mére l'Eglise.

GITE N°1, designed for 3 persons, features a cozy ground floor living/dining room adorned with comfortable sofas and a grand, yet non-functional, fireplace. Additionally, a convenient bar equipped with basic cooking facilities, including a microwave and fridge, offers a practical space for preparing light meals. On the first floor, a spacious room awaits, complete with a queen size bed and a single bed. The bathroom boasts a charming bathtub, wash-hand basin, and WC, complemented by a beautiful bamboo wood floor.

GITE N°2, perfect for 4 persons, boasts a generously-sized ground floor living/dining room, featuring plush sofas and an elegant, yet non-operational, fireplace. Entertainment amenities include a TV, CD/DVD reader, and Internet access. An expansive bar houses a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay. Upstairs, two spacious rooms await, each furnished with a queen size bed and two single beds. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower, wash-hand basin, and WC, complemented by a stylish bamboo wood floor.
