Description for B&B:

LÉphémère is a cozy small house situated in a tranquil area of Limoges, just east of the city center. It is conveniently located near the La Borie university park, the International Office for Water, the Aurence landscaped park, and the municipal rose garden. The city center is a short 10-minute walk away, and major roads are easily accessible.

Adjacent to the renowned Bernardaud porcelain factory, LÉphémère is an independent guest house separate from the owners' residence. Guests can enjoy a picturesque garden where they can have breakfast in pleasant weather. Parking is readily available on the quiet street, and public transportation (Line 8) conveniently passes by.

The guest house itself spans 35m² and is entirely dedicated to the comfort of tenants during their stay. It consists of a living room, a kitchenette, a shower room, and a bedroom with a comfortable 140 x 190 bed. The interior is tastefully decorated and equipped with amenities such as an oven, dishes, TV, hairdryer, and free WiFi.

As the host, I am delighted to welcome guests to LÉphémère throughout the year. Being a guide-lecturer, I am eager to introduce you to the charms of Limoges and its surrounding region. Whether you wish to explore the natural parks, discover traditional craftsmanship (enamel, porcelain, tapestry), or visit historical landmarks, I will provide you with all the necessary information and guidance to ensure a delightful experience.

In addition to leisure stays, the lÉphémère guesthouse is an ideal choice for visiting professionals, such as trainees or sales representatives. Here, they can find tranquility, as well as the convenience of cooking and working with complimentary WiFi. Unlike impersonal hotel rooms, lÉphémère offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere for a truly restful stay.

Guests are kindly requested to arrive between 6.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m., and departure should be made by 11:00 a.m.
