Our house, constructed in 1820, embodies the quintessential manor house style of the region, featuring an enchanting façade adorned with a delightful combination of bricks and pebbles. Having remained unoccupied for numerous years, we seized the opportunity to acquire this remarkable residence in 2017, dedicating our efforts ever since to rejuvenating its splendor and amplifying its allure, all while meticulously preserving its innate charm.

Upon entering, you will be greeted by a spacious lounge located on the ground floor, thoughtfully furnished with an extensive collection of books for our valued guests' enjoyment. Adjacent to this inviting space, our first bedroom awaits those seeking comfort and convenience.

Ascending to the first floor, you will discover three exquisite suites, each distinct in its elegance, alongside an additional bedroom. Two of these suites boast a private terrace spanning 20 square meters, offering a picturesque vista of the garden. The third suite presents a splendid balcony, also providing a captivating garden view.

Directions

To reach our guest house, start by exiting the A62 motorway at exit 9 towards Moissac Castelsarrasin. At the roundabout, take the first exit towards Castelsarrasin and follow the yellow signs labeled Deviation Agen. Continue following these yellow signs until you come across indications for Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave. Upon entering the village, you will reach another roundabout. Take the first exit and our guest house will be located on the right side.
