Although few remnants remain, the town exudes an elegant and pleasant atmosphere, with its beautiful Romanesque church from the 12th century serving as the centerpiece.
The rental property consists of a separate farmhouse situated within a walnut tree-filled valley, in a peaceful hamlet with no through traffic. From the house, guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the famous Fénelon Castle from the expansive terrace, spanning over 300 m². With its 8 spacious rooms, this house is ideal for a group of 10 to 14 people.
The private area exclusively for guests includes the house and the terrace. The surrounding farmyard, fields, and woodland are accessible to both the owner and tenants, providing ample space to explore and unwind. Adjacent to the main house, there is a small cottage that may be occupied by the owner or another tenant, enhancing the communal experience.

Once you exit the A20 motorway at Souillac (exit 55), head towards Calviac en Périgord, which can be found in the Dordogne valley, approximately halfway between Sarlat and Souillac. Proceed uphill into the village of Calviac and continue straight ahead in front of the church. After passing the cemetery, make a left turn and then take the first right onto Impasse de la Paponie. The accommodation is situated in the first farm on the left-hand side.
