This spacious 170 m² house offers a comfortable and relaxing stay. Upstairs, there are three rooms, including a cozy reading corner and a shared bathroom with a toilet. On the ground floor, there is a master bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet, as well as an additional bathroom and separate toilet. The house also features a jacuzzi, a sports area, and a billiard room.

Located 15 km from Blaye and 45 km from Bordeaux, this house is perfect for a group of 8 people. It provides a peaceful countryside setting, along with a pool and a barbeque area for outdoor enjoyment. The property also boasts a beautiful 3000 m² park with a pond.

Inside, you will find a well-equipped kitchen where you can let your imagination run wild with cooking. The living area offers a large, comfortable sofa perfect for relaxing and watching movies from a wide selection. Sheets and towels are included in the rental price.
