Nestled within a beautiful enclosed park spanning 1.5 hectares, the property boasts a spacious 6x12m swimming pool, a playground, and an enchanting old stone well. The mansion also offers two expansive vaulted cellars. Upgrades to the entire building include new electrical wiring and a modern central heating system. Both the cottage and the main building feature double-glazed windows framed in rich wood.

Welcome to the charming Red Cottage! This spacious holiday cottage is perfect for up to 4 people, with the option of an additional cot. The kitchen is luxurious and fully equipped, featuring a dishwasher and oven. The bathroom offers a delightful drench shower, and the toilet is conveniently located in a separate space. With our new central heating, you can enjoy the cozy winter atmosphere of the 'Red Cottage'.

During your stay, you are welcome to use the 'Grand Salon' on the ground floor of the 'Petit Château'. This salon provides a relaxing space with a reading table, library, sitting area, bar, and television.

Situated in a wide private garden surrounded by an ancient stone wall, the Red Cottage is a characteristic residence formerly owned by the 'Gérant' (landlord). As our guest, you have exclusive access to the expansive private garden, which spans 15000 m² / 3.7 acres and features fruit and walnut trees. You can also enjoy our brand new swimming pool (12x6m), which starts at a depth of 1.10m and gradually increases to 2m, ensuring the safety of children. The park also includes a playground with various play devices, and in the evenings, you can cozy up by the fireplace.

Whether you prefer active recreation or exploring the cultural highlights of the region, you will never be bored in the Haute-Saône. We provide a map in the Cottage, which offers a wealth of tourist information about the region, including trips, activities, and cultural curiosities. Additionally, our library contains books about the region and the country.
