The Dunedin is a spacious Victorian house built in 1886 and has been awarded a 4-Star rating by the AA. It features eight beautifully decorated bedrooms, each equipped with modern en-suite facilities including a shower, wash basin, and WC. Additionally, guests can enjoy amenities such as a Freeview digital color TV, radio alarm, hairdryer, cooling fan, and tea/coffee making facilities.

Located on a picturesque avenue leading to the seafront, The Dunedin offers free and unrestricted parking on both sides of Alexandra Road and the surrounding streets. While situated on the outskirts of town, it is only a short walk to the town center and the seafront, making it an ideal base for exploring the numerous pubs, restaurants, and attractions in Penzance.

Guests can start their day with a delicious breakfast served in the bright and airy dining room located on the lower ground floor. The menu includes a variety of cereals, chilled fruit juices and segments, and cooked-to-order main courses to cater to different tastes and preferences.

For relaxation, the Guest Lounge on the upper ground floor provides comfortable sofas and armchairs. Guests can enjoy watching TV or perusing the selection of books, newspapers, magazines, and tourist literature provided. There is also the option for a leisurely nap.
