Welcome to our charming private cottage situated on a secluded land, offering ultimate privacy and tranquility. The property boasts a lovely terrace where you can relax and unwind, complete with comfortable garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue for delightful outdoor meals. Additionally, there is a convenient cellar and ample parking space available for your use.Inside, you will find a spacious 60 m2 interior designed to comfortably accommodate 2-4 people. The cottage features a cozy room adorned with a fireplace and a wood stove, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen includes a mobile bar, ensuring you have all the necessary amenities at your disposal. Each room is equipped with an electric heater to keep you comfortable throughout your stay. A sofa (which can accommodate 2 people) and a bed (also accommodating 2 people) are provided, along with a chair and a TV for your entertainment needs.

In Burgundy, you will find charming cities and villages surrounded by lakes, rivers, forests, farmland landscapes, and medieval architecture. The Auxois region, like the rest of Burgundy, is known for its wine and gastronomy, which we would love to share with you.
If you fancy a day trip to Paris, you can take the TGV for only 18 Euros round trip on Saturdays.
For pedestrians, you can easily reach us by train and rent bikes at the station. Just contact the Montbard tourist office and mention us as a partner to receive discounts.
