This detached house is perfect for accommodating 4-5 people. It offers complete independence and a beautiful view of the landscaped garden from the terrace, which is equipped with comfortable garden furniture.On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, and enough crockery for six people. There is also a dining area and a cozy sitting area with a comfortable sofa bed for two people, as well as a flat screen TV. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Moving upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen bed measuring 140cm, as well as an additional bed measuring 120cm. We provide blankets, pillows, a table, and an iron for your convenience. Sheets and towels can be rented upon request.
The rental price ranges from 260 to 410 euros per week, depending on the season. For a weekend stay of two nights, the price is 130 euros, and for a three-night weekend, it is 180 euros.
This rental is available throughout the year. It is located 14 km away from Châteauneuf-les-Bains, a renowned spa that specializes in treating rheumatism. Additionally, it is only 6 km away from St Gervais d'Auvergne, where you can enjoy various leisure activities at Philippe de l'Etang.
