Welcome to our splendid and well-situated cottage, perfect for a self-catering holiday. With a floor area of 126 m², this detached property offers plenty of space for relaxation and enjoyment. The cottage features a lovely terrace and an enclosed garden, providing a peaceful and private outdoor space.

Inside, you'll find a spacious open plan split-level living room with a fitted kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable lounge area complete with a wood-burning stove and a TV. There are three bedrooms in total: one with adult bunk beds, one double bedroom, and another double bedroom on a mezzanine level. Additionally, we provide a child bed with sides for children up to 3 years old. For families with young children, we have stair gates, a high chair, and a playpen available for your convenience.

The cottage also includes two bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, as well as a separate toilet. There is a utility room equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The property benefits from both wood-fired and electric central heating, keeping you warm and cozy throughout your vacation.

Outside, you'll find garden furniture and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. The cottage is ideally located near the beach and the sea, providing easy access to the stunning coastline of Finistère. With its sheltered sandy bays, charming harbors, dramatic cliffs, and picturesque estuaries, this area is truly a seaside paradise.

If you prefer inland activities, the gentle wooded hills and rivers offer excellent opportunities for walking and fishing.
