Situated in the heart of Chalonnes-sur-Loire, a UNESCO World Heritage site, this character-filled establishment offers a tranquil atmosphere and breathtaking views of the Loire from its garden and terrace.

After months of careful renovation, the Lodging house of the Bargemen is ready to open its doors, showcasing a tasteful and respectful decor that enhances the charm of its surroundings. The main house consists of three meticulously decorated guest rooms, each with its own unique style and ambiance.

You will also be enchanted by the recently renovated Holiday cottage of the Boatmen, providing a comfortable and unrestricted stay. With its convenient location, you can easily explore the various restaurants, bars, and markets of Chalonnes-sur-Loire on foot. The local markets, held on Tuesdays and Saturdays, are the largest in Maine-et-Loire, boasting over a hundred vendors.

This charming cottage is perfect for families, friends, or groups of up to six people. It boasts a fully equipped kitchen with an induction plate, oven, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Guests also have free access to the laundry room for washing and drying. The first floor features a spacious living room, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (80x200), a shower room, and a separate toilet. On the second floor, there is another bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (80x200). Outside, guests can relax in the wooded garden and enjoy the terraces that overlook the beautiful Loire River. With a wide range of activities offered in the region, guests can fully immerse themselves in their stay.
