Room 1 is located on the side court of the property and features one double bed (140/200), a bathroom with a shower and WC, ADSL internet, and a terrace.Room 2 is situated on the garden side of the property and includes one king-size bed (180/200), a bathroom with a bathtub, WC, WIFI, and a terrace.
Room 3 is an attic room with one single bed (90/200) and one king-size bed (180/200), a bathroom with a shower, WC, and ADSL internet. This room offers ample space.
Additionally, we provide a high chair and a baby crib upon request.
Breakfast is served in the common room on the ground floor.
There is also a living room on the first floor.
Reserved parking is available in the spacious courtyard for our guests.

Located just 6 km away from the beautiful forest of Orléans and a convenient 1-hour drive from the bustling city of Paris, it serves as an ideal base for exploring the stunning Chamerolles castle. The property is easily accessible, just a short 9 km drive from the A19 exit at Taken(Brought) Out N°7, near the towns of Martinatrap (where the cottage is located), Neuville-aux-bois (4km away), and Montigny (2km away). For those traveling with a horse, there is a dedicated box available at an additional cost of 20 per day.Reviews

Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit dans les chambres du rez Côté cour et Côté jardin.
Tout était impecable; la déco, les aménagements et la propreté.
Le petit déjeuner excellent et copieux.
Les propriétaires; très disponibles. Ils ont pris le temps de nous faire visiter leur exploitation et de nous donner un foule d'explications sur leurs activités (ferme céréalière et élevage de chevaux).
Vraiment parfait, à recommander.

To get to Neuville-with-wood and Martinatrap from the N20, take a left onto Artenay and then another left onto D97 towards Orleans - Stamps. Continue on this road for about 3km until you reach Montigny, where you'll take a left towards Neuville-with-wood and Martinatrap. It will be about 2km from there.
If you're coming from Orleans - Pithiviers on the N152, take a left at Montigny towards Neuville-with-wood, and Martinatrap will be about 2km away.
If you're on the A19 highway, take exit N°7 for Pithiviers/Neuville-aux-bois.
Lastly, if you prefer to travel by train, the nearest SNCF railway station is Orleans Aubrais.
