Experience a romantic getaway at our charming cottage located on the picturesque Dutch/Belgian border. Just 2 km away from the renowned village of Philippine, known for its excellent restaurants, and 3 km from Assenede, one of the oldest villages in Flandres.

Our cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 or 7 guests, with 3 double bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the other two bedrooms offer two single beds each. If needed, we can also provide a free cot for your convenience. The cottage also boasts a modern design bathroom and toilet.

On the ground level, you will find a welcoming hall, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room complete with a fireplace, HD TV, DVD player, and WiFi internet. Additionally, a dining room offers breathtaking panoramic views of the garden, surrounding fields, and pastures. Outside, you can relax in the garden or enjoy the various south-facing sun terraces equipped with a BBQ.

As our guest, you will have access to complimentary bicycles, allowing you to explore the area at your own pace. Nearby activities include tennis, golf, sailing, surfing, swimming in tropical indoor and outdoor pools, fishing, bicycling, hiking, kayaking, and even indoor skiing.

The region is perfect for cycling, walking, fishing, and unwinding. It is also an ideal base for discovering the historical towns of Ghent, Hulst (NL), Bruges, Antwerp, Damme, Middelburg, Goes, and Veere (NL), all within a 35 km radius. In just a 20-minute drive, you can reach the Belgian/Dutch North Sea Coast, with its charming seaside resorts of Breskens, Cadzand, Knokke, and Vlissingen.

For your convenience, we are located within a reasonable distance from various airports and ferry ports, including Brussels Zaventem airport (90 km), Brussels South/Charleroi airport (135 km), Lille/Lesquin airport (110 km), Calais Eurotunnel (170 km), and Dunkerque Ferry Port (125 km).
