Our guest house is situated in the charming village of Fleet, nestled in the hills just 9 km away from Cahors. This brand new accommodation is located on the ground floor of a separate building adjacent to our main home.

The spacious property spans 3000 m² and is fully enclosed, providing secure parking for our guests. We have two inviting terraces, one facing north and the other south, perfect for unwinding and enjoying some quality relaxation time.

Our guest house comfortably accommodates a couple and one child. The generous 28 m² room features a cozy double bed (140 cm) and a modern ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet.

For those who love mountain biking or hiking, Jean-Marie is an experienced guide who will be delighted to provide tips and accompany you on adventures through the picturesque hills surrounding our village.

Situated amidst the renowned vineyards of Cahors, our guest house is conveniently located near the wine route. This allows you to easily explore the captivating towns of Cahors, Figeac, Sarlat, Domme, Montcuq, Rocamadour, St. Cirq-Lapopie, and more.

To start your day off right, Marie will serve you a delicious breakfast complete with her homemade jams, adding a personal touch to your morning.

Located in the charming village of Fleet, just 9 kms from Cahors, this newly built cottage is the perfect retreat. Situated on the grounds of our home, the cottage offers privacy and tranquility.

The spacious plot of land, spanning 3000 sqm, is fully enclosed with a motorized gate and ample parking.

Designed for two people, the cottage features a 28 sqm room with a comfortable double bed (140 cm), a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, basin, and toilet, as well as a convenient kitchenette equipped with a sink, two hobs, a kettle, and a microwave.

For outdoor enthusiasts, Jean-Marie, our friendly host, can provide insider tips or even accompany you on mountain biking or hiking adventures in the beautiful surrounding hills.

Situated in the heart of the renowned Cahors vineyards and close to the wine route, the cottage offers easy access to nearby attractions such as Cahors, Figeac, Sarlat, Domme, Montcuq, Rocamadour, and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie.

A covered terrace with a barbecue is available for your enjoyment.

Please note that breakfast is not provided and linen is not included.

Accueil familial, chaleureux et très sympathique dans un cadre apaisant au cur du vignoble de cahors. La chambre est très agréable. Habitué des chambres d'hôtes, je ne peux que la conseiller.

Directions

To reach the destination, start from Cahors and take the D27 road (located at the left bank Valentré Bridge). Proceed towards Trespoux-Rassiels and pass through LACAPELLE. As you exit the village, make a right turn towards the C16 fleet. Look for the house, which is situated 200 meters to the left after the village entrance sign. You will spot a small red sign on the roadside indicating the guest house.
