This village house is a charming and historic property located on the outskirts of a wooded area. It offers a private and enclosed garden of 600m², as well as a parking space in a private courtyard.The house features a spacious kitchen equipped with a gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen also has direct access to a terrace for outdoor dining. The living room, measuring 30m², is cozy and inviting with a wood stove, two single beds, a television, and WIFI access.
There is a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a modern shower room with a toilet. Additionally, the house has a laundry room with a washing machine, ironing board, and iron for your convenience.
Should you choose to dine out, there is a highly recommended local restaurant just 1km away, serving delicious specialties.
For your comfort, there is an option to request end-of-stay cleaning for a fee of 40. Bed sheets and towels are provided, and the beds will be made for you upon arrival. The tourist tax is included in the rental price.

To reach the destination from the A31 motorway exit NIGHTS SAINT GEORGES, follow these directions:
1. Head towards the "Vergy monuments and sites" and Pont de Pany by taking the D25 road.
2. Continue on the D25 and then switch to the D35 road, which will lead you to Pont de Villars Fontaine Pany.
3. Keep going straight on the D35 road. After a few miles, take a left turn towards MESSANGES.
4. Continue straight ahead and you will find the house on your left at number 20 rue vineyards.
