"The Metairie du Fraysse" is a charming and characterful cottage located in the beautiful Corrèze region. This detached house, restored in 2011, offers all the necessary amenities for your comfort and is the perfect setting for relaxation. The house features traditional decoration and retains its original charm with thick stone walls, an inglenook fireplace, exposed beams, and a slate roof.The 100m² ground floor consists of a spacious salon with a traditional fireplace equipped with a stove, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a laundry room, and three bedrooms. The bedrooms include a double bedroom, a double bedroom with an additional single bed, and a small room with a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with two basins and a tropical rain shower, and there is a separate toilet.
For families traveling with a baby, we provide all necessary equipment such as a cot, highchair, bath, changing mat, potty, and bottle warmer. Pets are allowed, but please inform the owner in advance.
The house is set within a large enclosed garden of 2000m², surrounded by a dry stone wall. The garden offers various amenities for outdoor relaxation and entertainment, including two lounges, a parasol, a barbecue, a playground, and badminton equipment.
Our house welcomes families and friends for a memorable holiday. Whether you seek rest and relaxation or sports and discovery, there is something for everyone in the surrounding area. Nearby attractions include the Sédières Castle, Gimel waterfalls, Argentat-sur-Dordogne, and the Middle Ages discovery center in Egletons.
