Directions

From Paris, travel 400km (250 miles) towards Rouen-Caen on the A13. Take exit 31 towards Alencon, Peripherique-Sud, Z.I. Caen, Rennes. Look for signs indicating "Mont Saint-Michel" and "Saint-Malo" (A 84 - E 401) just before reaching Saint Malo. Follow the signs for "Dinard - Barrage de la Rance" after crossing the "Barrage de la Rance" (D 168). Continue following the signs for "Cap Frehel" and pass through the village of "Matignon" towards "Frehel" (D 786). Once in the village of Frehel, turn right towards Sables d'Or. When you reach the sea, turn left and follow the coastline for 3 km. You will find le Manoir on your left, recognizable by its lake and the 12 flag.
