The site is situated on the right bank of the Garonne River, 15 km away from Agen. It is located on the hills, overlooking the beautiful Valley of the mass. The hamlet of Gil is set on an 8 ha property, with lush green meadows and rolling landscapes. The bed and breakfast accommodation is housed in a charming building that dates back to the sixteenth century.The ground floor of the MYOSOTIS house offers a cozy 25 m² space, featuring a 140 cm bed and a 90 cm bed. It is equipped with a wardrobe, a shower with a toilet, a kitchenette, and a private terrace. On the first floor, the Red rooms are furnished with a 140 cm bed and two single beds measuring 90 cm each. They also include a wardrobe and a shower with a WC.
Guests can enjoy the on-site amenities, including a spacious 50 m² outdoor swimming pool. Additionally, there is an opportunity to observe the famous Angora goats that produce luxurious mohair, as well as interact with our friendly donkeys. Babysitting services are available upon request.

Guests can embark on scenic walking tours or visit the medieval village of Clermont Dessous, which is located just 2.5 km away and features an eleventh-century church. Your cottage is situated in the picturesque hamlet of Gil, overlooking the Valley of the mass. Located 15 km from Agen, on the hills of the right bank of the Garonne, this charming cottage is surrounded by 8 hectares of beautiful green meadows and rolling hills. The building itself dates back to the sixteenth century and is adjacent to the owners' house, ensuring privacy without sacrificing convenience.The cottage can accommodate up to 6 people, with three comfortable bedrooms on the upper floor. The first bedroom features two single beds and a convenient storage space. The second bedroom also has two single beds and ample storage. The third bedroom offers a double bed and a spacious cupboard. There is a modern shower room with toilet on this floor as well.
Downstairs, you will find a cozy living room and dining area, spanning 25.5 square meters. The rustic sofa can also serve as a comfortable double bed, accommodating two additional guests. The living room is furnished with two armchairs, a coffee table, a TV, and a farmhouse table with four chairs and a bench. From the living room, you can access a terrace equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture, where you can enjoy the stunning views of the meadows and groves surrounding the property.
The well-equipped kitchen, spanning 18 square meters, includes a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and various other appliances to ensure a comfortable stay. There is also a separate toilet and washbasin on the ground floor.

Directions
To get there, start in Agen and take the N113 road towards Bordeaux. After passing Lapoulaille, make a right turn and then a left turn towards St. Medard, and continue until you reach the end of the road. At the end, turn left towards Clermont Dessous and drive for about 100 meters. Then, make a right turn onto a road called The Gil. Keep going until you reach the last house on this road.
