This unique two-room apartment is located in the heart of Strasbourg, just two minutes away from Historic Places and Christmas markets. Situated on the second floor of an eighteenth-century building, this 55 m2 apartment offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.The apartment features large and bright rooms with exposed beams, creating a charming atmosphere. It can accommodate up to five guests and includes an open kitchen fully equipped with modern appliances such as a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, teapot, cooking utensils, and necessary dishes. The kitchen is connected to the living room, which has a double sofa bed, a coffee table, storage furniture, and a TV monitor.
The bedroom overlooks a peaceful courtyard and is furnished with a comfortable 140 bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a baby cot. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a storage cabinet, and towels are provided. Separate toilet facilities are also available.
Please note that the winter season for this apartment begins on November 26 and ends on January 8, 2012.
The pricing for this apartment is as follows:
- Nightly rate: €160
- Two or more nights: €300
- Weekend rate (from Friday to Sunday, check-in at 2pm and check-out at 11am): €300
- Weekday rate (from Monday to Friday, check-in at 2pm and check-out at 11am): €500, including charges and taxes
- Departure cleaning fee is included in the price, and bed linen is provided.
To make a reservation, a 50% payment is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance can be paid upon arrival. A security deposit of €300 is also required. Payment can be made in cash, bank checks, postal checks, postal or bank transfer, or international money.
