Welcome to our spacious seaside villa in St Aubin Sur Mer! Just 200 meters away, you'll find the stunning sandy beach of the Alabaster Coast. Our villa, approved with 3 ears by Gîtes de France, can comfortably accommodate up to 17 people. With 175m² of living space and situated on a beautiful 1500m² plot of land, you'll have plenty of room to relax and enjoy your vacation.The villa features a small enclosed courtyard with outdoor furniture, a fixed barbecue, and a ping pong table. Additionally, we provide a secure shed for bicycles. Inside, you'll find a cozy bedroom with a single bed, as well as another bedroom with two single beds, complete with toys, board games, and dress-up clothes. There is also a washbasin in this room.
The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and a shower. On the ground floor, you'll find a dining room next to a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The spacious living room, measuring 47m², offers breathtaking views of the sea through 10 large windows. It also features a French billiards table (180/100), a sofa bed, a large table, a TV, and a small working fireplace.
On the first and second floors, there are five bedrooms, consisting of four double beds, nine single beds, and three cots. All beds come with covers, duvet covers, and pillows. There are also two bathrooms and two separate toilets.
The villa is centrally heated and equipped for babies, making it ideal for families. If needed, we offer sheet rentals for 6 euros per pair, and there is a cleaning supplement of 60 euros.
Every morning, you can enjoy fresh fish from the local fishermen's boats. For shopping, Veules les Roses and St Valéry en Caux are just a 10-minute drive away, offering a range of amenities including a pleasure port with a tourist office, casino, swimming pool, aerodrome, and hospital. The beach resort of Dieppe is only 25 minutes away.
In the surrounding area, there are many beautiful floral parks, such as the Bois des Moutiers in Varengeville sur mer, as well as charming castles and stately homes. If you enjoy walking, there are numerous trekking paths along the seashore and through the countryside.

Directions
From Paris, head towards Rouen for approximately 200km. Once in Rouen, take the Barentin exit and continue on the A15 until you reach Pavilly. At Pavilly, take the D142 towards Limésy/Yerville. When you reach Yerville, turn right onto D142 towards SAINT LAURENT Cx. Continue on this road and pass by Fountain Dun and St Pierre the Viger. Then, take the D237 towards Strapping woman - St Pierre the Old man. Follow the road until you reach Dun Borough, where you will need to cross and turn right towards St Aubin. Look for "the Saltworks" and transfer onto the left onto D75 towards St Aubin. Descend the street until you reach "the beach". The entrance is on the left, after the series of letter-boxes postal and telecommunications authorities. If coming from Rouen, take the direction towards Dieppe and when you reach St Aubin/Scie, turn towards Offranville. From there, take D54 towards Ouville the river, then D925 towards Bourg Dun, and finally D237 towards St Aubin on sea.
