La Bâtie is a charming bed and breakfast situated in a small private medieval tower, designed for two people. It is nestled within a 4000 square meter property, conveniently located near the center of Vienne in Isere. Offering complete independence, this unique guest house boasts an extraordinary view of the city of Vienne and the picturesque Rhone Valley.Perched on Mount Salomon's slope, just below the medieval castle of La Bâtie, this intimate tower is arranged as a 40 square meter duplex. The city center can be easily reached on foot within 10 minutes, and the parking area is secure and enclosed.
The top level of the medieval tower houses the bedroom, with its own separate entrance on the ground floor. Upon entering through a rustic wooden door, you will find a bathroom adjoining the bedroom. Ascend a spiral staircase adorned with wrought iron work to reach the lower level, where a relaxation area awaits. This space includes a well-equipped kitchenette and opens onto a private terrace. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the city and the Rhone Valley, while experiencing a peaceful slumber in a centuries-old setting.
Your accommodation is nestled within one of Vienne's oldest and most beautiful properties. Our house overlooks both the city and the majestic Rhone River. The various corners of the park offer numerous stunning viewpoints of the entire city and the expansive Rhone Valley. Additionally, a hanging garden near your room provides a marvelous vantage point to appreciate the surrounding vineyards and the ruins of the 13th-century La Bâtie castle.
