This cottage is designed with high environmental and ecological standards, featuring all-wood construction both inside and outside. It provides a comfortable stay for 2 to 4 people. The cottage includes a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa bed, and a TV. The bedroom features a 160X200 bed, a dressing room, and a bathroom that meets PMR standards, complete with a washbasin, walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, and dryer. Additionally, the cottage is equipped with an iron, ironing board, dryer, broom, and vacuum cleaner. Bed linen is provided, and towels can be rented for an additional fee (10 euros for a pack for 2 people).The cottage boasts a wooden terrace, lawn, and private parking, providing a completely independent accommodation experience. It is located in Lecelles, in the North of France, amidst the countryside, and is conveniently situated near shops, local producers, and the thermal baths of Saint Amand Les Eaux (only 7 minutes away). It is also conveniently located between Valenciennes (20 minutes) and Lille (40 minutes), with the Belgian border just 500 meters away. Other nearby attractions include Tournai (20 minutes), Pasino de Saint Amand, cinema, bowling, swimming pool, and restaurants.
The cottage is ideally situated for walking or cycling excursions. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the cottage, and pets are not permitted. The pricing for the cottage is as follows: 350 euros per week, 600 euros for 2 weeks, 750 euros for 3 weeks, and 900 euros for a month-long stay. The obligatory cleaning charge is 30 euros. There is no tourist tax applicable.
