Description:

Description for B&B:

The Château de Jonquières presents four charming guestrooms situated in an extraordinary and genuine location. The garden, spanning 2 hectares, boasts a delightful Mediterranean atmosphere with its assortment of southern trees such as plane trees, boxwood, persimmon trees, hackberry trees, laurel trees, white oaks, and olive trees. The presence of a natural spring and a small bamboo forest adds an enchanting touch. At the far end of the garden, there is a swimming basin, formerly an irrigation pond measuring 12 meters by 12 meters, which we have preserved while maintaining its original character. The essential shade is provided by laurel trees and a chestnut tree.

On the ground floor, there is a summer living room that remains cool even in the heat of summer, complete with a billiard table, accessible through a separate entrance. On the second floor, you will find a reading room, a spacious dining room, and a tower designated as the "playroom" for those who enjoy games like bridge, scrabble, and puzzles. All the bedrooms are located on the third floor and offer splendid views of the garden. Facing the courtyard, there is a loggia that allows for a peaceful gaze upon the rooftops of the Jonquières village.
