Our charming small house, situated on a 3-hectare plot of land near the forest, has recently undergone renovations and is tastefully decorated with ecological materials. Opening in July 2018, this private retreat offers two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen and bar area, and a separate bathroom and toilet, all exclusively for the use of our guests.Nestled in a tranquil and picturesque setting, our house is located 30 meters away from the owners' residence, ensuring privacy and peace. With no disturbances from noise or pollution, it is the ideal place to unwind and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. Guests have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area on foot, by bike, or even on horseback. There are also nearby attractions to visit, such as the prehistoric caves of Saulges, the breathtaking Basilique of Evron, the Roman site of Jublains, and the medieval village of Sainte Suzanne. Additionally, there are several stud farms in close proximity.
For guests arriving by train, we offer a complimentary pick-up service from Evron SNCF train station, making your journey hassle-free. The price of the accommodation includes household textiles and a delicious French breakfast featuring fresh fruit juice.
