Located on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator, this apartment boasts ample natural light. It can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people, and we even provide a cot playpen for children (free for children up to 4 years old).The versatility of each room allows us to adapt the space according to the number of guests, ensuring their comfort and relaxation throughout their stay.
Upon entering, you will find an inviting hallway adorned with tourist brochures to enhance your "Roman Holiday" experience. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking and reheating meals. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower overhead. The spacious and luminous living room includes a large 3-seater sofa bed, as well as an additional sofa bed. One of the rooms opens up to a charming balcony adorned with vibrant flowers and comfortable deck chairs, providing a serene spot for relaxation.
To ensure the utmost comfort, the apartment offers central heating (adjustable to your preference) and air conditioning. It is equipped with all the amenities one would expect in their own home, such as Wi-Fi internet, an HD LCD television, DVD/CD/MP3/pendrive player, CD stereo system, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, electric food warmers, toasters, and much more.

Upon arrival at the airport Railway station, take the metro A line (towards Battistini) until you reach the "Cipro-Musei Vaticani" stop. When you exit the underground, head towards Via Giulio Venticinque and take the third street on the left, which is Via Luigi Rizzo.

After arriving at the airport bus station, make your way to ROMA TERMINI. From there, take the metro A line (towards Battistini) until you reach the "Cipro-Musei Vaticani" stop. When you exit the underground, head towards Via Giulio Venticinque and take the third street on the left, which is Via Luigi Rizzo.
