This detached house is an ideal accommodation for a small group of 3 people and a baby. Located just 3 km away from all the necessary shops, it offers convenience and comfort. Moreover, the beautiful beaches of Concarneau and Concarneau can be reached in 20 minutes, while Quimper is just a 10-minute drive away. The charming town of Pont-Aven is also easily accessible within 20 minutes.
The accommodation itself includes a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and toilet. On the ground floor, there is a room with a double bed and a cot, perfect for the little one. Additionally, there is a mezzanine bedroom with a single bed.

Directions
To travel from the east (Lorient), take the Kerampaou RN165 expressway towards ROSPORDEN. In ROSPORDEN, head towards Ellie. Upon reaching Ellie, make a right turn at the SPAR shop and continue towards Tourc'h. After approximately 3 km, make another right turn at the yellow sign that says "Penfoennec-Huella".
If you are coming from the north (Saint-Brieuc), head towards ROSTRENEN and GOURIN, ROUDOUALLEC, CORAY. In Coray, at the traffic light, make a left turn and continue straight until you reach Tourc'h. Once in Tourc'h, pass the church and take the first road on the right towards Ellie. After traveling for about 4 to 5 km, make a right turn towards Ellie, and then take the first left onto the road that leads to Penfoennec.
