Located at the base of the Guérande ramparts, Annex 43 offers a comfortable living room with a TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and all necessary dishes and utensils. The bedroom features a spacious king-size bed (160) and the bathroom includes a walk-in shower and toilet. Enjoy direct access to the terrace, furnished with garden furniture, deckchairs, and a plancha for outdoor cooking. The rental includes bed linen, shower towels, and kitchen linen. Additionally, a private parking space and WIFI access are provided. Please note that access to the laundrette is not included and a visitor's tax is applicable. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking accommodation. The minimum rental period is two nights, and during July and August, rentals are only available from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM and check-out is required by 10:00 AM.
