Located at the base of Montsegur and the Pyrenees, this garden level apartment is perfect for 3-4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children (with a ceiling height of 1.95m). Parking is available in front of the house, and the apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility.The weekly price ranges from 250 to 300, with discounts for longer stays. The apartment features a living room with a convertible bed (BZ) and a fully equipped kitchen area. There is a bathroom with a bath and toilet, as well as a bedroom with a comfortable 160-sized bed. Bed sheets are provided for the 160-sized bed.
Additionally, there is a covered terrace that opens up to a 900m2 enclosed garden. The garden includes outdoor furniture, a barbecue, and two chairs. One pet is allowed upon request. There is also a storage room available for use.
Le Rabautois is located in the hamlet of Rabaute, in the commune of Péreille. It is situated at the entrance of Lavelanet, along the road to Foix. The communal playground, which includes basketball, football, and petanque facilities, is only 50m away. The supermarket and Lavelanet are both 900m from the property.
The famous Cathar castle of Montségur is just 10 km away, and the Monts d'Olmes ski resort is a short 20km drive.
Le Rabautois serves as a central point for exploring the Ariègeois territory, which offers numerous activities and discoveries for both adults and children within a 50km radius.
The apartment is equipped with central heating, electric heating, parking, an enclosed garden, sunbeds, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Inside, guests will find a fridge, freezer, private washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood, color television, hi-fi system, DVD player, vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and a baby chair.
