Located in one wing of our house, your "getaway" room offers an independent and private entrance. The room features a comfortable 160 bed and a library for your enjoyment. The adjoining bathroom includes a walk-in shower and toilet. In the lobby, you will have your own personal fridge. The room can accommodate up to 2 people and is available year-round.In the heart of our garden, you will find "Latelier," a studio with a shower-hammam. This studio features a wooden frame and large windows, offering a serene atmosphere. Inside, there is a spacious living room with a 160 bed (memory mattress), a dining area, a sitting area, and a terrace. Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped kitchenette for preparing meals. Additionally, there is a wellness area with a bathroom, toilet, and a 2-person shower-hammam. Enjoy the benefits of hydromassage, light therapy, aromatherapy, and music to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Bathrobes and bathroom linen are provided. The studio can accommodate 2 to 3 people, with sleeping options including a double bed, an extra single bed, or 3 single beds upon request. The studio will be open from July 1, 2018.
Start your day with a delicious breakfast made from organic and homemade products. This breakfast can be enjoyed in the veranda or the dining room, depending on the time. If available, you can also reserve a seafood platter for dinner. We take great care in providing quality equipment, tasteful decorations, and comfortable bedding.
Our garden is a beautiful sanctuary with flowers, a vegetable garden, a greenhouse, and a pond. Feel free to relax and unwind in this peaceful environment. Garden furniture, a hammock, deck chairs, a barbecue, and 2 bikes are at your disposal. We share our home with 3 cats and 2 hens, adding to the charm of the surroundings. We strive to create a harmonious and tranquil atmosphere, promoting your well-being.
Please note that reservations require a minimum stay of 2 nights. The price includes a made bed, towels, bathrobes (for the studio), breakfast, and cleaning upon departure. For stays longer than 3 nights, intermediate cleaning can also be arranged upon request. Laundry facilities are available, including an iron and ironing board.
Martine, a sophrologist, is available for deep relaxation and revitalizing sessions at an additional cost of 50. We welcome pets (cats and dogs) with prior agreement.

Access:
If you're traveling by road from Rennes, take the 4-way direction towards Quimper. Be sure not to exit towards Lorient, but instead continue following the Quimper direction until you reach the Riec sur Belon exit. Take the exit and head towards BAYE. Drive through the village and continue straight for 2km. Keep an eye out for signs on the left, as you'll need to turn left towards Lande Julien (look for a billboard reading "TY RU" on the right side). Proceed straight for about 1 km until you see the Lande Julien sign on the right. Turn right and drive through the village. Pass the speed limit sign reading "50" and shortly after, before the blue house, you'll see a small street on the left called "impasse des Figuiers". The yellow sign for "Chambres d'hôtes de la Mouette Rieuse" can be found down this street.
